How do I figure out who I am and where I live?

Well, I wouldn't count on your memory coming back. It's not the best thing you have.
Maybe something else you have can help identify you.
If only your eyes were better, maybe you could read your ID card.
Maybe in your condition you shouldn't rely only on yourself. Try to find someone to help you.
The people around town aren't too helpful, are they? I'm sure one of them will be able to give you some information.
The tourist information guy's job is to give information. He's not too nice though.
Find a way to get on his good side. What does he like or need?
After talking to him for a while, you will find out he's hungry.
Get him some food, and he might agree to help you with your ID card.
